Lazy on the field, Anthony Martial has no desire to play for MU?

Former Manchester United player, Paul Ince believes that Anthony Martial's movements on the field show that he has no desire to play seriously.

Thursday (23/9/2021) early morning WIB yesterday, Manchester United had to be eliminated from the Carabao Cup after being overthrown by West Ham with a score of 0-1 at Old Trafford.

In this third round match, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer fielded Martial as the spearhead up front. Unfortunately, the French striker failed to repay the trust of the coach.

Paul Ince's Rating
Ince was not happy to see Martial's appearance. According to him, Martial looks uninspired because he has only played in minor events such as the Carabao Cup.
"How many players are in front of Martial now? Is he going to leave in the transfer window? Ole said no and he's still part of his plans," Ince told The United Stand.
"I just saw Martial's body language and I thought, 'Does he really want to be out there on Wednesday night?', and some players did. When they're not involved in the first team on Saturday, they think: ' Why am I playing in the Carabao Cup?!'" he added.
"You feel that body language with Martial. He doesn't want to be out there." he said.
Anthony Martial's failure
Furthermore, Ince also feels that Martial has squandered an opportunity to prove to Solskjaer that he deserves to be put forward in the United front line.
"Martial has to be ready for his opportunity. I don't think [Cristiano] Ronaldo will play every game," said Ince.
"Yesterday was an opportunity for Martial to say to the manager, 'Look at me, I still want to play!', and that was the sad thing about yesterday." he said.
